A wonderful 16” vintage star necklace in 9ct yellow gold. The gold star has a raised collet set brilliant cut diamond at its centre and is hanging on a cable link chain. It is delightful piece, elegant in its simplicity.

• Material: 9ct gold, stamped ‘375’ on the clasp with an anchor for Birmingham. No date letter

• Gemstone & Design: Round brilliant cut diamond, approx. 0.25 total carat weight. Diamond setting measures 4.4mm across the outside of the setting. It is a raised collet setting with a pierced gallery to allow light under the diamond. The star itself measures 21mm from point to point

• Length: Approx. 16” inches / 40.5cm.

• Weight: 8g

• Links: cable links measuring approx. 3.5mm X 2mm X 1mm

• Clasp: Bolt clasp, approx. 5mm across, crafted in 9ct gold
