A truly wonderful set of Victorian diamond paste circular buttons set in silver. This is a fabulous set of six sparkly antique paste buttons. It is very unusual to find a set complete of buttons in such good condition. They are in a refurbished, fitted antique box with a Liberty of London silk lid in green and purple and pale green velvet base.

The paste stones are all present and bright. The pastes are in rub-over, circular settings. Two of the buttons are larger in size than the other four. The two larger buttons each measure 29mm across, and the four slightly smaller buttons each measure 25mm across. Together all six buttons weigh 33g. The buttons are not stamped but have been tested as silver. They date from the beginning of the twentieth century.

Please look carefully at all the photographs as they form part of the description. Please be aware that these are antique buttons and as such shows some minor signs of wear.
