A wonderful small antique jewellery box crafted in bright pink velvet with a Liberty of London velvet lid. This box is small and would make an excellent travel box for a few pieces of jewellery. The box has three small compartments and cushions across the top that hold at least eight rings or pairs of earrings.

The lid is lined with Liberty of London adelphi voyage velvet in greens and pinks.

The exterior of the box is covered with brown faux leather. The lid lays flat when the box is open. It closes with its original flip over brass clasp. The box dates from the early part of the 20th century.

The external measurements of the box at its widest points are approximately 17cm X 9cm X 5.5cm tall. This is an antique box that has been repurposed box as a jewellery box.

Please look at the photographs as they form part of the description. This is an old box and as such shows some signs of wear and tear. This does not detract from the overall beauty of this wonderful jewellery box.
