A fabulous antique, circular vesta case crafted in 9ct antique yellow gold. An amazing piece of history - this wonderful fob was once attached to a gentleman’s Albert watch chain to carry matches. The lid is sprung and closes beautifully. This highly collectible piece has a lovely weight and presence, it is s stunning statement pendant worn on a long chain.

• Design: Circular with a sprung opening. It has a fleur-de-lys like smoke engraving on the front. Silversmiths often used Art Nouveau curves to depict smoke trails into elegant, recognisable symbols like the fleur-de-lys.
