A beautiful small, antique puffy heart crafted in 9ct gold set with a garnet. This lovely heart would work well worn on its own on a simple chain or as part of a neck stack.

The heart weighs 2.1g and measures 22mm from top to bottom, including jump ring. It is crafted in 9ct yellow gold. The heart is not hallmarked but has tested as 9ct gold. The heart is hollow. It dates from the 1920’s.

The chain and other pendants are not included.
