A wonderful spinning Victorian watch key fob in crafted in 15ct yellow gold. This is a beautifully ornate piece that is set with bloodstone on one side and chalcedony on the other. The barrel of the key spins. This key would have been used to wind a Victorian pocket watch and would often have been worn as a fob on one end of a watch chain, with the pocket watch on the other end and a T bar in the middle to secure the chain to the gentleman’s waistcoat. The key can be worn on a chain as an interesting pendant, either on its own or as part of a neck stack.

The key has an open circle top with screw detail on the inside. It has had a jump ring added so it can be worn as a pendant.

The key is crafted in high carat gold. It has been XRF tested as somewhere between 15 and 18ct gold. It has had a 9ct jump ring attached to it so it can be worn on a chain. The key measures 32mm from top to bottom and weighs 4.7g.
