A wonderful garnet and diamond charm crafted in 9ct yellow gold. This cabochon, pear shaped garnet is bezel set. The charm has three tiny bezel set diamonds - one at the top of the charm on the point of the pear and the other two set on either side of the fattest part of the pear. This pretty piece would be lovely on its own or as part of a neck stack.

The garnet is set in a closed setting with a foil back. It is a lovely, rich colour. The charm is crafted in 9ct yellow gold. It is not hallmarked but has tested as yellow gold.

This pendant has been converted from a 9ct gold stick pin. The pin has been removed and a 9ct gold bail has been added, with a 7mm jump ring.

The drop of the piece from the top of the jump ring to the bottom of the garnet measures approximately 24mm, the charm measures 12.5mm across. It weighs 2.2g.

Please look at the photographs as they form part of the description. Please note that this is an antique piece of jewellery as such shows some signs of wear. There is some unevenness to the back of the charm where the pin has been removed. This is not visible from the front and does not detract from the overall beauty of the piece.

The chain and other charms and pendants are not included.
