A wonderful 16 inch antique curb Albert chain crafted in 9ct yellow gold, featuring a dog clip & bolt ring clasp with a classic T bar attached to a separate length of chain. The links of this chain are a really good size and hollow, making this a more affordable option for a big chain look. 

This versatile piece is a collector’s dream and can be styled in multiple ways - worn Albert-style with the T bar at the front, reversed for pendants or charms, or even doubled up as a bracelet. The T bar is hanging from a large ring and looks particularly lovely. The T bar section of the chain is versatile as it has its own clasp and can be used with other pieces of jewellery. The longer length of chain has a dog clip at one end and a large bolt at the other.

  • Clasps:  Dog clip approx. 21mm long, stamped ‘9CT’ with the maker’s mark of ‘WL’; large bolt ring approx. 12mm across (on the longer chain), small bolt ring approx. 10mm across (on the T bar chain). The antique clasps are slightly rosier in colour than the chain itself if inspected closely, they are probably not original to the chain. This is not at all obvious when the chain is being worn

• T Bar: Measures 39mm across, stamped ‘9CT’

• Each link is stamped ‘9C’ for 9ct gold, stamps are worn due to the chain’s age. The craftsmanship and patina speak to its rich history and enduring elegance
