A wonderful 15” Albert chain crafted in 9ct gold with a T bar and double dog clips. The dog clips and T bar appear to be original to the chain. The chain can be owrn ALbert style with the T bar at the front, or with the T bar at the back and a pendant or charms added to the dog clip clasps at the front. The chain is also an excellent length to wrap twice around the wrist as a bracelet. (Please check the measurements below to ensure that the length works for you).

The chain is antique and in lovely condition. It dates from the early part of the 20th century. The chain crafted in 9ct antique yellow gold. It has faded ‘9C’ stamps for 9ct gold on every link. The chain measures approximately 15 inches/38cm long and weighs 30.1g. The links measure approximately 13mm x 8mm x 2.4mm and are hollow.

The T bar measures 47mm across and hangs from two gold rings. It is stamped ‘9C’ for 9ct gold.

The dog clips are a good size, measuring approximately 23mm from one end to the other. The dog clips are stamped ‘9C’ for 9ct gold and both have the maker’s mark of WHW Ltd.
